Allen is a Sr FP&A Analyst at Becton Dickinson (BD). He manages $600MM P&L by providing financial, accounting, and business partner support to the US Diabetes Care business. His analysis covers from revenue model in medical device manufacturers, wholesalers, retail pharmacies, and PBMs, to the full P&L. Allen joined BD in 2016 in Internal Audit as a Senior Internal Auditor, where he was responsible for managing and executing financial, operational and compliance audits at various BD entities around the world. Prior to BD, Allen worked as an eternal auditor at Deloitte China & Taiwan and a Relationship Manager at a bank.

Allen holds his MBA in Finance from Emory University and his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from National Central University.
